From start to finish, the duck sausages from Délices de Saint-Orens are a rare and exceptional product, raised and processed by Jean Sarthe's farm in Cauna, in the Landes. The ducks roam freely on 17 hectares of grassy pastures and are fed with corn grown on site. This limited and controlled production process, with longer breeding times, allows for the authentic taste and excellence of the Saint-Orens sausages.
