Our sardines are processed fresh, trimmed and packed by hand. Made the old-fashioned way, they are fried in sunflower oil which gives them an incomparable softness and consistency. Before canning, they are covered with organic olive oil. You will savor whole candied sardines to taste with country bread and semi-salted butter. Simple and delicious!
