A limited series of sardines in organic olive oil, first pressing, prepared in the traditional way. It honors the historical know-how of the cannery and the creative work of contemporary artists from the region, making their cans real collector's items. Processed fresh, the fishing grounds are the ports of Lorient, Concarneau, Douarnenez, Saint-Guénolé in Brittany, and sometimes Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie in Vendée. When they are ripe, they are fleshier and thus softer and tastier. They are tailed and canned manually. Cooked in the traditional way, they are fried in oil, which allows them to preserve better once in the can and to improve with time. Very popular with sardine lovers, their cooking method allows them to age better in their can. To preserve them properly, it is advisable to turn them every 6 months.
