French sardine in organic olive oil vintage 2022 can 115g
A limited series of sardines in first-pressed organic olive oil, prepared the old-fashioned way. It honors the historic know-how of the cannery and the creative work of contemporary artists from the region, making their cans true collector's items. Worked fresh, the fishing grounds are the ports of Lorient, Concarneau, Douarnenez, Saint-Guénolé in Brittany, and sometimes Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie in Vendée. When ripe, they are fleshier and therefore soft and tasty. They are trimmed and fitted manually. Cooked the old-fashioned way, they are fried in oil, which allows them to soften better once in the box and improve over time. Very popular with sardine lovers, their cooking method allows them to age better in their can. To keep them properly, it is recommended to return them every 6 months.
