Naturally cultivated French samphire - 750g

Harvested in the salt marshes of a Breton producer, the use of a cultured salicornia allows you to obtain a tender, fiber-free salicornia. Sterilized, it can be stored at room temperature.

After rinsing with clean water, it is eaten raw in salad or hot fried in butter or oil.

Ingredients: Cultured samphire, water, salt, citric acid.
