Made from raw, whole milk from cows raised on a traditional farm, this approximately 1.8 kg farm-produced Saint-Nectaire AOP embodies the authenticity of the Auvergne region. Its semi-firm, pressed but uncooked paste offers a supple and elegant texture, while its bloomy rind evolves with age, revealing delicate shades of white, yellow, or red. Its powerful aroma intensely evokes the terroir and its natural mosses. This cheese, with its natural skin, bears the characteristic green casein mark, elliptical for the farm-produced variety, guaranteeing its origin and unique quality.

All our fresh products are sent in specially designed insulated packages including cooling gels to keep them fresh throughout the journey.
