Roquefort from the La Pastourelle cooperative, which has been working for many years to produce high-quality Roquefort, respecting the traditional know-how of the Roquefort PDO.

• Made from raw Lacaune sheep's milk (in accordance with the specifications of the Roquefort PDO), collected by our breeders united in cooperatives. • Aged in a natural cellar allowing the cheese to acquire its soft texture.

• A careful selection of Roquefort breads for balanced aromas.

All our fresh produce is shipped in specially designed insulated packages that include cooling gels to keep it fresh throughout the journey.
