Caramel rice pudding - 125g

Following tradition, milk eggs are made from fresh milk, to which the various ingredients are added.

The whole thing will then be cooked in a bain-marie in a vat, then packaged in pots, to be put in the oven.

The raw milk used is collected hot morning and evening from farms located near the workshop, in order to guarantee production without any heat treatment.
