Founded in 1888, this family-run business in Tarn-et-Garonne has passed down artisanal expertise for generations, specializing in the great specialties of the Southwest. The ducks used in this recipe are 100% French.

The recipe combines confit duck meat and fat with a generous proportion of duck foie gras (20%). The seasoning is deliberately kept simple with salt, garlic, pepper, and a touch of nutmeg. The result offers a melt-in-the-mouth, delicately shredded texture, accompanied by rich and generous flavors.

The quality of these rillettes has been recognized at the Concours Général Agricole de Paris, with a bronze medal in 2024, then a silver medal in 2025.
