This ratatouille, prepared by Maison Hardouin's catering division, harmoniously combines 30% tomatoes, 16% zucchini, 16% eggplant, 8% onions, and 5% red and green peppers. It is subtly enhanced by a refined blend of Provençal herbs—rosemary, basil, thyme, marjoram, and savory—along with garlic and pepper. Preservative-free, each tray is sealed in a protective atmosphere, preserving the freshness, color, and authentic flavors. This careful selection ensures a perfect balance between the sweetness of the vegetables and the delicate aroma of the herbs.
