These half rabbit saddles are cooked in a creamy white wine sauce, with a touch of old-fashioned mustard and Dijon mustard, and accompanied by whole button mushrooms. These are tasty and authentic dishes, without artificial flavors, colors, flavor enhancers or hydrogenated materials. To reheat the tray, use a bain-marie for 20 to 25 minutes or the microwave (after piercing the film) for 12 to 15 minutes. For a complete meal, you can accompany them with rice, potatoes or vegetables such as green beans.
