Since 1910 in Bourg-en-Bresse, Maison Giraudet has established itself as a French benchmark for artisanal quenelles and sauces, awarded the Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant label since 2012. Its quenelles, made from durum wheat semolina, AOC Bresse butter, and Bresse poultry, follow traditional methods ensuring superior quality. Giraudet favors local ingredients, such as milk and cream from neighboring farms, to guarantee authentic flavors. Free from additives and preservatives, its sauces perfectly complement the quenelles, ready in 2 minutes of preparation and 35 minutes of cooking. With a close attention to the environment and local craftsmanship, Maison Giraudet combines tradition and modernity to offer delicate and flavorful creations.
