Sudachi is an exotic citrus fruit with a green peel and intense, refreshing aromas. The sudachi is round and very small, it measures barely 4cm in diameter but has particularly pulpy flesh.
Linked to the history of Japanese cuisine since the dawn of time, sudachi is mainly grown in Tokushima where Maison Ponthier has carefully sourced a high-end raw material.
Used in particular to season fish or in the preparation of cold drinks and sorbets, this small citrus fruit brings a thirst-quenching and spicy note, completely unique.
