Refrigerated red rhubarb puree - 1kg

This red-stemmed rhubarb of the Frambosa variety was selected by Maison Ponthier for its tangy sweetness and rich in fiber. Grown in southern Poland on the black earth of a continental climate in spring, it was freshly harvested when ripe. It is then delicately stripped of the leaves and cut below the leaves and above the plucking cut in order to preserve its petioles or mark them with brown.

INGREDIENTS: 90% red rhubarb, pure cane sugar
