Refrigerated apricot puree has a homogeneous orange-colored texture and a typical flavor of the product. Ponthier purees are made from fruits, from carefully selected varieties, harvested according to their stage of maturity. Traditional refrigerated apricot puree is perfect for desserts, ice creams or sorbets, jams, fruit jellies, coulis or even icings. You can also refresh yourself by using it for cocktails, smoothies or milkshakes.

INGREDIENTS: Apricot 90%, pure cane sugar, antioxidant: ascorbic acid. Without colouring.
