This traditional hot chocolate preparation has a light, harmonious and sweet taste, with 32% cocoa, cane sugar and bourbon vanilla extract from Madagascar.
It offers floral and fruity notes and a velvety texture, perfect for breakfast or snack. Can also be used to make a thick chocolate sauce with a little warm water.
The recommended serving size is 20g per 250ml cup. Made in France, it is referred to as “Chocolat chaud” and can also be used to make delicious cocktails.
Note: To be labeled “Hot Chocolate,” a beverage must contain at least 32% defatted cocoa powder (high in cocoa butter).
