Sansho Pepper Powder - 8g

Sansho pepper powder is made from carefully ground Sichuan peppercorns. Traditionally, the Japanese sprinkle it over their unagi, sweet grilled eel.

It is also appreciated for enhancing caramelized dishes with sweet and sour sauces: teriyaki or yakitori.
