Amazonian black, red and white peppercorns, doypack 250g

Spice merchant Romain Laly carefully selects exclusive spice sources in the Amazon, working closely with Colombian ethnic groups. He notably unearths a tonka bean with superior aromatic qualities, from a rare variety that is visually more impressive than traditional varieties. He also works directly with small Colombian producers for their green cardamom and peppers (black, red, and white). By supporting these farmers and offering them better incomes, we are working together to preserve Colombia's magnificent landscapes by fighting deforestation, trafficking, and illegal mining.

This trio of peppers (black, red, and white) comes from the same plant, the pepper plant (or Piper nigrum), which produces clusters of green peppers when fresh and young. They turn black when dried.
