Established in Finistère since 1947, Tallec perpetuates tradition by producing “old-style” charcuterie.

Hams, pâtés, black puddings and other high-end charcuterie, all Tallec products are made with carefully selected natural ingredients. A member of the "Fermiers d'Argoat", Tallec, for example, makes all its products from fresh meats of French origin, including Label Rouge farm pork.

Tallec is one of the last manufacturers of old-style hams; it is the French benchmark.
