Established in Finistère since 1947, Tallec perpetuates the tradition by manufacturing “old-fashioned” charcuterie.
Hams, pâtés, black puddings and other high-end charcuterie products, all Tallec references are made with carefully selected natural ingredients. Member of the "Fermiers d'Argoat" Tallec, for example, manufactures all its references from fresh meats of French origin, and in particular Label Rouge free-range pork.
Tallec is one of the last manufacturers of old-fashioned hams and the French house of reference.
