The ''Excellence MIERAL'' Guinea Fowl is raised free-range on poultry farms in Bresse. She is raised for 18 to 25 weeks and fed with a natural diet + fattening at the end of her life.

Its meat is fine and tasty.

It should be cooked slowly and at low temperature. Guinea fowl is delicious with cabbage, chanterelles or other fresh mushrooms.

Minimum guaranteed shelf life: 10 days.
