Small pot of caramel cream - 100g

These authentic little pots of cream are produced from raw milk collected hot morning and evening from farms located near the workshop, in order to guarantee production without any heat treatment.

After adding subtly selected and measured ingredients, they are traditionally baked, then slowly cooled, in order to preserve their creamy and melting texture.
