Curly parsley - 25g

An aromatic plant native to the Mediterranean basin, parsley is one of the essentials in cooking. It’s the fresh touch that finishes off many savory recipes.

Curly parsley goes wonderfully with omelettes, tabbouleh or pan-fried dishes. Essential in a gribiche sauce or in a bouquet garni, it forms with garlic the parsley which will flavor vinaigrettes, grilled meats and shellfish.

With its many properties, it would be a shame to do without it.
