Pavé | Organic Aveyron sheep's cheese with Espelette pepper

This organic sheep's milk cheese, with its exceptional appearance and flavor, is made using a traditional process. It has been carefully salted, rubbed, and turned by hand. Its paste is made from AOP Lacaune sheep's milk, richly marbled with Espelette pepper, yet not spicy, but rather mild and flavorful.

This cheese won the Gold Medal at the 2024 Lyon International Competition.
