Hand-tied veal paupiette served with a rich tomato sauce and topped with sliced ​​button mushrooms. The stuffing is made with veal, vegetables, breadcrumbs, spices, and parsley.

Preparation advice: Reheat in the packaging in a bain-marie for 40-45 min in simmering water or in a steam oven for 40-45 min at 85-90°C.
