Rabbit paupiette cooked in a juice made from chopped onions, crushed tomatoes, white wine, wild thyme.
In Provence, farigoulette or farigoule refers to an aromatic herb similar to thyme. It is found in Provençal specialties and also refers to a thyme liqueur that is served on ice.
Preparation advice: Reheat in the packaging.
In a steam oven: 30 to 35 minutes at 85/90°C approx.
In a bain-marie: 30 to 35 minutes in simmering water.
