Rabbit paupiette cooked in a jus made from chopped onions, crushed tomatoes, white wine, wild thyme.

In Provence, farigoulette or farigoule refers to an aromatic herb similar to thyme. It is found in Provençal specialties and also refers to a thyme liqueur served over ice.

Preparation advice: Reheat in the packaging.

In a steam oven: 30 to 35 minutes at 85/90°C approx.

In a bain-marie: 30 to 35 minutes in simmering water.
