The fresh pork meat used comes from Breton farms certified "Le Cochon de Bretagne". Its rustic chopping gives it a firm texture. The onions, blending perfectly with the tasty taste of meat, give it its particular flavor.

Ingredients: Pork liver, pork throat, pork fat, pork rind, onions, pork caul fat, coarse Guérande salt, garlic, pepper.
