This portion of Parmigiano Reggiano PDO is a semi-hard, semi-fat Parmesan cheese, slowly and carefully matured. Vacuum-packed in approximately 1 kg pieces, it benefits from a minimum aging period of 12 months (Mezzano designation), guaranteeing a rich flavor and a refined texture.
This Parmesan, made in Italy from raw cow's milk partially skimmed by natural evaporation, is distinguished by its rich and balanced flavor, free of bitterness. Its firm, granular texture and straw-colored paste are evidence of careful maturation.
