Cooked beef chuck ±2.5kg

Maison Ruel has developed this range of ultra-tender meats, slowly cooked sous vide (12 hours) without broth, salt, or pepper. It's a raw product that can be customized in just a few minutes. All that's left to do is sear, carve, reheat, and serve with a succulent broth or sauce for guaranteed perfect cooking.

You can also reheat it in the oven with a juice of beef and serve it with a purée or vegetables of your choice. The result will be as soft and melting as if you had done its long, slow 12-hour cooking yourself.
