Red lumpfish eggs - 100g

Lumpfish roe, naturally grey, is traditionally pickled and coloured red or black and seasoned with spices.

The Caspian Tradition recipe respects this tradition and, using fish eggs caught in Iceland, produces a result with a bright colour and a strong taste.

Often presented on toast or blinis, they can also be used to finish a plate or in the composition of starters with seafood flavors.
