Red lumpfish eggs - 100g

Lump eggs, naturally gray, are traditionally brined and colored red or black and garnished with spices.

The Caspian Tradition recipe respects this tradition and, using fish eggs caught in Iceland, produces a result with a bright color and strong taste.

Often presented on toast or blinis, they can also be used to finish plates or in the composition of starters with marine flavors.
