Black lump eggs - 100g

Lumpfish roe, naturally grey, is traditionally pickled and coloured red or black and seasoned with spices. The Caspian Tradition recipe respects this tradition and, using roe from fish caught in Iceland, produces a brightly coloured and strongly flavoured result.

Often presented on toast or blinis, they can also be used to finish a plate or in the composition of starters with seafood flavors.
