Scallops poached in crème fraîche, accompanied by a julienne of fresh vegetables delivered daily (mushrooms, carrots, leeks, onions and shallots) and shrimp.

A qualitative and tasty composition reduced to white wine and creamed off the heat, ready to serve accompanied by a timbale of rice or simply fresh pasta.
