Grand'Père Fischer's Raw Milk Munster AOP 500g

Munster, a soft, washed-rind cheese, has preserved its unique character over time. This Grand'Père Fischer Munster AOP is made from raw milk from cows in the Vosges Mountains. Its aging process, which lasts from two weeks to several weeks depending on its weight, gives it a vibrant orange hue and a creamy texture, thanks to regular washing. Enjoy it cold or warm, as an appetizer, main course, or on a cheese board, for a refined tasting experience.

He has been awarded a medal every year at the Agricultural Competition for 40 years.
