This soft cheese with a washed rind has survived the centuries without losing any of its personality.
Munster Ermitage AOP is made with cow's milk from the Vosges Mountains. The aging process varies from 14 days to several weeks depending on the weight of the Munster cheese.
Rubbed and washed regularly, it will take on its beautiful orange color, its paste will soften and become creamy.
You can enjoy your Munster Ermitage, hot or cold, in a thousand and one ways: as an aperitif, with a meal, or on a cheese platter. It's a cheese made from pasteurized milk.
He has won medals every year at the Concours Agricole for 40 years.
