Refined and produced from French poultry, it presents a medallion of duck mousse, surrounded by a duck stuffing, prepared with duck meat but also turkey and pork throat and decorated with pistachios. Respecting the codes of the genre, the finish of this pâté en croûte is made with Madeira jelly.
