Located in Sarthe, the Ruel charcuterie works exclusively according to traditional methods. The pork used in its production is exclusively French and all its raw materials are carefully selected to guarantee finished products with impeccable flavors and textures. Its famous merguez regularly win awards (Mamers National Competition in 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2014, Paris General Agricultural Competition in 2015 and 2016).
