Dried forest mix - 40g

Picked and sorted by hand, these wild mushrooms have undergone rigorous selection. This mixture consists of yellow boletus (60%), oyster mushrooms (20%) and black mushrooms. It allows you to make great traditional recipes for white meat such as poultry or veal. 40g of dried mushrooms will be equivalent to 175g of fresh mushrooms. The mushroom mixture must soak for at least one night (12 hours) in 5 times its weight by volume of water at an ideal temperature of 4°C. After rehydration, you can use them like fresh mushrooms.
