The Baudry family estate, nestled in the Auvergne region at an altitude of 550 meters, in the heart of a rural setting near a stream, has been perpetuating the craft of traditional jams for nearly 30 years. True to the authentic flavor of childhood, it showcases the bounty of fruit by using copper cauldrons according to ancestral methods. Each preparation contains 55g of fruit per 100g, without colorings or preservatives, enhanced only with a hint of lemon juice for acidity and pectin, thus offering a marmalade with a rich and natural flavor.
