Duck foie gras marble ±1.1kg

From the first to the last day of a long 16-week process, everything happens on the Jean Sarthe farm in Cauna, in the Landes, on 17 hectares of grassy land where the ducks live freely. Les Délices de Saint-Orens raise and then process their Mulard ducks themselves, and produce their feed, particularly using corn from their harvests. With a very short circuit, this Landes duck foie gras is a rare, exceptional product, the fruit of controlled and deliberately limited production. This artisanal production guarantees an authentic taste and the excellence of Saint-Orens foie gras.
