Manous de la Lozère x4 - 420g

Manous is the tripoux of Lozère. It is composed solely of lambs' bellies, a minced stuffing to which pieces of pork ham and a few carrots are added, seasoned with salt, pepper and herbs, wrapped and tied with string. The sauce is accompanied by a lamb's foot, fried onions and carrots.
