This milk is produced exclusively on 3 farms located within the Perche Regional Natural Park. This French region is particularly suited to the breeding of dairy cows thanks to its rich meadows, its relatively humid climate, its not too harsh winters and its relatively temperate summers. The herds, limited to less than 100 cows, graze as much as possible as soon as the weather permits and at least 6 months of the year on an area of ​​at least 25 ares/cow, which requires maintaining meadows with hedges. , ponds, and promotes biodiversity and maintains the charm of the Percheron bocage. It does not undergo cracking: separation of the elements contained in its molecules (proteins, lactose, fat, minerals, etc. in order to resell them to the food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics industries, etc.)
