Deglazed with water and reduced several times, it offers a flavorful and richly colored concentrate. The 400ml pouch heats in 5 to 10 minutes in a bain-marie. Versatile, it can be enjoyed on its own, diluted, enriched with cream, or reduced as a drizzle of sauce. Approximately 40 servings per pouch.
