Certified by IGP, Bayonne ham is produced in the Adour basin, from pigs from small farms in the southwest of France. The controlled conditions of pig breeding, the traceability of production and the care taken at all stages of production - from salting with salt from the salt marshes of the Adour basin to maturing for a minimum of 7 months - guarantee a quality product.
These thin slices of 16g each, specially designed for catering, are particularly appreciated for their flexibility and can be used for many preparations - salads, chiffonades, cocktail pieces etc.
