From father to son since 1874, the Sabatier family produces a wide range of charcuterie products in Burgundy, combining tradition and modernity.

The jewel of their production, the Label Rouge Burgundy parsley ham, whose recipe is passed down from generation to generation, received the Gold Medal at the 2016 General Agricultural Competition.
