From father to son since 1874, the Sabatier family has produced in Burgundy a wide range of charcuterie products combining tradition and modernity.
The flagship of their production, the Burgundy Label Rouge parsley ham, whose recipe has been passed down from generation to generation, received the Gold medal at the 2016 Concours Général Agricole.
