Vegetable gratin tian in wooden tray 300g

This gratin is made with a vegetable tian made from a variety of southern produce, including tomatoes, zucchini, eggplant, onions, and peppers. It's perfect as a hot starter or as a side dish for any meat. Simply reheat in a conventional oven at 170°C for 15 minutes.
