Grand Livarot AOP - 500g

Livarot is distinguished by its orange rind surrounded by five sedges, giving it the nickname "the colonel." This soft cheese, made from raw cow's milk, has a golden, melting texture and a slight saltiness. Its washed rind releases a powerful aroma, while its flavor fully reflects the terroir with floral notes and pronounced hints of smoked meats.

Made according to the specifications of the AOP Livarot, it comes from the Pays d'Auge in Normandy.
