Sprouted white alfalfa (alfalfa) seeds - 85g

With a sweet, crunchy and refreshing vegetable flavor, alfalfa goes with everything. It is eaten raw, of course, since cooking above 40°C would kill its vital potential and destroy all its benefits.

You can use it as a condiment, sprinkling it on toast for an aperitif or on gazpacho, combining it with other sprouted seeds and young shoots for a revitalizing salad, and even in add in very small doses to fruity desserts.
