Randy is a company from the Lyon region, bringing together specialists in the production of charcuterie and pastries, connoisseurs of Lyonnais products. Randy owns its own workshop for the production of all-butter brioche and puff pastry, made from French flour. Their all-butter brioche dough is kneaded then left to rest to aerate and expand. Lyon's cooking sausages are made with quality-tested meats and delivered daily. The stuffing is made using a minced method that respects the charcuterie code of practice.
