Mini rosemary focaccia from Tata Rita - 200g

Focaccia is a flat-shaped, oven-baked bread. It is also considered the Italian version of fougasse.

At Les Niçois, they make them miniature, well cooked, very crispy. They prepared them with rosemary to serve as toast for your spreads or to be enjoyed as is!

Soft wheat flour, oleic sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil, salt, rosemary 0.8%, brewer's yeast, wheat malt.
