Whole crystallized violet flowers - 300g

Whole violet flowers candied in sugar. Made in accordance with tradition, each flower is hand-picked, coated in syrup and sugar to be candied. This rare product is used to decorate cakes, whipped cream, candied chestnuts and chocolates.

As an aperitif, slip a crystallized violet into a flute; add a little violet liqueur, champagne or crémant. The sugar coating the flower dissolves and it gently floats to the surface.

They can also be eaten as candy.
