The fourth largest producer and exporter in the world, Argentina exports a quarter of its production, mainly carried out on extensive farms, even if the cattle are now fattened in pens during their last months for a marbling which gives them a much appreciated tenderness and flavor. Among the country's emblematic breeds, we find the black and red Aberdeen Angus without horns.

Its dark red meat offers a fine and regular grain. Its marbling, flavor and juiciness are what make it famous.
