Albacore tuna flakes with wakame seaweed - 90g

Enjoy our crumbled Albacore tuna with Wakamé seaweed on grilled country bread, with blinis or in salad. Albacore tuna is flaked and prepared in a marinade of onions, white wine and white wine vinegar.

The Wakamé (Undaria pinnatifida) which accompanies it is an edible seaweed very popular in Japan in salads or in soups, introduced in Brittany 20 years ago. It is rich in fiber, calcium, and vitamin B12.
